Token Claim FAQ
Official claim page URL is: https://claim.qonetoken.io/
We recommend using Rabby Wallet to claim qONE, as it lets you connect your existing wallet, claim smoothly, and later interact with Hyperliquid and other HyperEVM apps.
1. Why do we recommend Rabby to claim qONE on HyperEVM network?
qONE claim is on HyperEVM and works best with the Rabby browser extension. It is also one of the most user friendly options to interact with EVM networks.
If you use Trust, Coinbase, Best, or any mobile wallet, you can connect it to Rabby via QR (WalletConnect) and claim from the desktop.
You are not moving funds and not creating a new wallet. Rabby is just the interface.
2. How do I connect Trust, Best or similar mobile wallets to Rabby extension using QR?
- Install Rabby extension on Chrome, Brave, or Edge
- Open Rabby and press Connect Wallet
- Select WalletConnect (QR)
- Open Trust, Coinbase or Best wallet on your phone and scan the QR
- Approve the connection on your phone.
3. Do I need HYPE tokens for gas to claim?
If you use Rabby, no. Rabby GasAccount lets you pay gas using USDT or USDC. Rabby Mobile also supports topping up GasAccount with Apple Pay or Google Pay, so you can get set up without hunting for HYPE tokens. Other wallets like MetaMask require HYPE for gas on HyperEVM.
4. How do I claim qONE using Rabby step by step.
- Open the official qONE claim page on desktop.
- Click Claim, Rabby will select the correct network automatically.
- Make sure you have gas in your Rabby GasAccount.
- Confirm the transaction.
General claim FAQ (including non-Rabby wallet users)
We still recommend connecting to Rabby. It takes only a few minutes and saves time later. Rabby provides one of the best user interfaces for DeFi, while most regular HODL wallets have limited support for adding the HyperEVM network, interacting with DeFi products, or even viewing your tokens.
1. How do I claim $qONE on the claim page?
Open the official claim page, connect your wallet, switch to the HyperEVM network, then complete the required steps shown for your allocation: authorize, then claim. Make sure you have some HYPE tokens for gas. Rabby users can use their GasAccount and pay gas with stablecoins.
2. What does “authorization” mean?
It is an on-chain approval that lets the claim contract process your allocation. It is a separate wallet confirmation before the claim transaction.
3. Why do I see multiple authorizations?
Because allocations are split by tier. If you bought in multiple tiers, each tier is handled separately and needs its own authorization.
4. Do I need to authorize and claim for each tier?
Yes. Each tier requires its own authorized step and its own claim transaction.
5. Do I need HYPE to claim?
Yes, you need a small amount of HYPE to pay gas on HyperEVM (for transfers, approvals, and any on-chain actions). Rabby users can use their GasAccount and pay gas with stablecoins.
6. Where do I get HYPE?
You can get HYPE from an exchange or from another wallet. Make sure it is sent to your wallet on HyperEVM so it can be used for gas, for example from MEXC.
7. What if I only authorize, but do not claim?
Nothing is received until you complete the claim transaction. You can return later and claim.
10. Tokens not showing after claim, what do I do?
Import the token in your wallet using the official contract address from the claim page or official channels.
Switch your wallet to the HyperEVM network (select it from the network list). Tap Import token, paste the contract address, confirm the details, then save.
Contract address: 0x4F9E014f620D83b08342C8BDFf3043fb2220b727
Token symbol: qONE
Decimals: 18
11. Any security tips?
Use only official links and contract addresses. Ignore DMs and unofficial posts.
How to get and claim the airdrop
1. Who is eligible for the Hypio holder airdrop?
Any wallet holding a Hypio NFT at the snapshot is eligible.
2. When will the snapshot be taken?
The snapshot was taken on Feb 3rd.
3. How are airdrop allocations calculated?
Allocations are calculated based on your Hypio Points balance at the snapshot.
4. What are Hypio Points and how are they determined?
Hypio Points reflect engagement with the Hypio ecosystem, such as holding duration, staking, and community participation. Points are calculated automatically.
5. What are the allocation tiers?
Eligible holders are grouped into three tiers based on Hypio Points: Top 10%, Middle 40%, and Bottom 50%.
6. How many tokens does each tier receive?
Allocations per NFT are fixed as follows:
- Top 10%: 3,000 tokens
- Middle 40%: 2,000 tokens
- Bottom 50%: 1,000 tokens
7. Do I need to buy tokens to receive the airdrop?
No. No token purchase is required to receive the airdrop.
8. How and when can I reserve my allocation?
Allocations can be reserved during the token sale via an on-chain transaction. Keep in mind once the token sale is over, the unreserved allocation will be lost. Token sale will last 24 hours or until it's sold out.
9. When and how can I claim my tokens?
We will airdrop tokens to the people who reserved their allocation during the sale.
10. Is there any vesting on the airdropped tokens?
No. There is no vesting on the Hypio holder airdrop.
How to use Hyperliquid
1. What is Hyperliquid?
Hyperliquid is a trading platform. Its trading layer is called Hypercore. Tokens from HyperEVM can be deposited into Hyperliquid for trading.
2. What is the official Hyperliquid app page?
https://app.hyperliquid.xyz
3. What wallet can I use to connect?
Rabby browser extension wallet (recommended), MetaMask, and any WalletConnect-compatible wallet.
4. What network should my wallet be on when I connect?
You can connect your wallet from any network. You only need to switch to HyperEVM when you are depositing tokens from HyperEVM. Not all HODL/mobile wallets support adding HyperEVM or interacting with it properly, so we recommend connecting through Rabby for the easiest user experience.
5. How do I connect and enable trading?
Open the official app, click Connect, then follow the prompt to enable trading and sign the message in your wallet.
6. What does “deposit funds” mean on Hyperliquid?
It means moving assets into your Hyperliquid platform balance, because you trade from the platform balance, not directly from your HyperEVM wallet. Rabby wallet makes this step seamless, while many other wallets lack functionality.
7. What if I only have qONE tokens?
Make sure qONE is in your wallet on HyperEVM, then bridge it to Hyperliquid using the in-app flow. After it credits, qONE will show in your platform balance and you can trade it.
8. Can I send tokens directly to a Hyperliquid address?
No. Always use the official in-app bridge/deposit interface. Direct transfers to random addresses can result in loss of funds.
9. What is the main safety rule?
Use only https://app.hyperliquid.xyz and never trust DMs claiming to be support or sharing bridge/deposit links.
How to deposit the HyperEVM token to Hyperliquid.
1. What does “deposit to Hyperliquid” mean?
It moves a token from your wallet on HyperEVM into your Hyperliquid platform balance so you can trade it.
2. Where do I deposit?
Use the official Hyperliquid app only
https://app.hyperliquid.xyz
3. What do I need before depositing?
The token in your wallet on HyperEVM and a small amount of HYPE in the same wallet to pay the network fee. Rabby users can use GasAccount and pay gas with stablecoins, and the whole flow is much more user friendly.
4. What network should my wallet be on?
Switch your wallet to HyperEVM before confirming the deposit transaction.
5. How do I start the deposit?
Open the Hyperliquid app, connect your wallet, go to Deposit, select the token, enter the amount, then follow the on screen steps.
6. What happens in my wallet?
You will confirm the transaction in your wallet and pay a small gas fee in HYPE. If you use Rabby, the fee can be deducted from your GasAccount in stablecoins.
7. When will the token show up on Hyperliquid?
After the transaction confirms and credits, it will appear in your Hyperliquid platform balance and can be traded.
8. Example: depositing qONE?
Select qONE in Deposit and complete the same steps. After it credits, qONE will show in your platform SPOT balance.
9. Common issues?
Wrong network selected, not enough HYPE for gas, HODL/mobile wallets often don’t support the HyperEVM network for DeFi interactions, or trying to trade directly from your wallet without depositing to Hyperliquid first.
10. Safety rule?
Do not send tokens to random addresses. Only use the in app Deposit interface at https://app.hyperliquid.xyz.

5. How to add the HyperEVM network if it doesn’t appear in your wallet?
If HyperEVM does not appear in your wallet network list, you can try adding it manually using the details below. Note that some HODL/mobile wallets may still have limited DeFi support even after adding the network. This is why we recommend connecting your wallet to Rabby for user friendly interaction.
Network name: HyperEVM
RPC URL: https://rpc.hyperliquid.xyz/evm
Chain ID: 999
Currency symbol: HYPE
Block explorer URL: https://explorer.hyperliquid.xyz
If your wallet does not allow adding a custom RPC or does not work properly after adding it, connect your existing wallet to Rabby via QR (WalletConnect) and interact with HyperEVM from there in a more user-friendly way.
6. Where do I get HYPE?
You can receive HYPE from an exchange or from another wallet, for example MEXC. Make sure it arrives in your wallet on HyperEVM so it can be used for gas, or connect with Rabby Wallet to pay gas with stablecoins for a user-friendly experience.
